Scrambled Paneer

Easy scrambled paneer done in five minutes, using only:


  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 4 cherry tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 cup Moringa leaves (optional)

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp chilli flakes 

  • Salt and pepper


Served on a slice of toasted sourdough.
