Sauteed Winged Beans with Tempeh and Crispy Chilli Garlic

Ingredients:

  • 10 winged beans, sliced thin

  • 1 clove of garlic, sliced thin

  • 200g tempeh, cubed and air fried 

  • 2-3 tsp of crispy chilli garlic

  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil for cooking

  • Salt, to season winged bean


Method:
1. Sauté the garlic in some coconut oil till fragrant. 

2. Add winged beans and a pinch of salt. Cook for a couple of minutes. 

3. Add the air fried tempeh and crispy chilli garlic.
4. Mix to combine.
