Sauteed Long Beans with Eggs
One of the many simple stir-fry side dishes I learnt to make as a teen.
Long beans, sautéed with garlic (as you can see I left them whole because I love sautéed garlic (2)), a pinch of salt, then eggs (I used about 3) whisked with a splash of soy sauce just to flavour the eggs. I don't like mixing the eggs too much because I love chunks of eggs. I finish it with a teaspoon (or more) of chilli garlic oil.
Dinner tonight - kicap chicken, sautéed long beans with eggs and rice. Simple and oh so good!
