The roast chicken, using my “Hot Chick Spicy Salt” as the star ingredient, brings bold flavours to this favourite classic. You have the usual suspects like Paprika, Rosemary and Thyme, but what takes this dish to the next level is the hints of Cayenne, Coriander, Nutmeg and Mustard - making this (or any) roast extra yummy! 


For alternatives, use any of your favourite spice rub, or make your own using any of the combinations above!!

Here at home, a roast chicken like this is best enjoyed with creamy mash “banjir-ed” with comforting gravy.
