Grilled Cauli-Steak

The return of the charred Cauli! Grilled only with Bordier Espelette Butter, a pinch of salt and pepper. Alternatively, you can season your cauliflower steaks with paprika / chili powder, salt, pepper and cook them in butter.

The dressing is a new favourite:
1 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tbsp Mayo (Kewpie’s Japanese Mayo)
2 tbsp of lemon juice
1/2 tsp wholegrain mustard
1 tbsp of roughly chopped Dill
Freshly ground black pepper (did not add salt because the Japanese Mayo is salted - but check for seasoning and you decide)


Give it a good stir and you’ve got a really fresh dressing for charred cauli steaks or grilled fish. Some chopped purple cabbage and a thinly sliced baby cucumber to add more freshness to the dish.
