Easy Scrambled Paneer
One of the ingredients I constantly use when cooking my spiced dishes is the Turmeric. (Turmeric contains curcumin, a substance with powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.)
Sharing my easy scrambled paneer using Turmeric, Garam Masala and chili flakes for that hint of heat. Have it for breakfast with a simple salad or as a vegetarian side dish.
Ingredients:
1 paneer (about 150g. I’m using paneerwalla.pj plain paneer, my freezer food stash)
1 medium-sized onion, finely sliced
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
2 green chillis, sliced
6 cherry tomatoes, chopped (or you could use one medium-sized tomato)
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Chili Flakes
Coconut oil
Salt & pepper
Quick, easy and delicious!
