Brunch Frittata

Brunch frittata with sausages, leftover bacon and cheese. 

  • 4 sausages, sliced thick

  • 4 eggs, whisked with a splash of milk and a pinch of salt

  • 2 strips of cooked leftover bacon, chopped

  • ½ cup of grated parmesan

Season sausages with a bit of Italian herbs and freshly cracked black pepper while searing them in olive oil.


Pre-heat oven (broiler/top grill function) to 190-200 degrees. Cook frittata until golden brown and puffy.
