This is an easy dinner time meal. Beef patties simmered in buttery creamy sauce, topped with a lot of cheese and baked to perfection. I served it with orecchiette but you can serve it with your favourite pasta, buttered rice, fluffy mashed potatoes or a simple salad. Have weeknight dinner peeps!
