Turmeric Fried Cauliflower

How to make it
Ingredients:
1 small cauliflower, cut into florets
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp chili powder / curry powder
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
1 small onion, sliced, thick
3 long beans, cut into 2 inch lengths
1 red chili, sliced
1 clove garlic, thinly sliced (You can add carrots too)
Fried shallots, for garnish
Method:
1. Coat the cauliflower with turmeric, chili / curry powder, salt, pepper and olive oil. Heat some oil and pan-fry the cauliflower florets till golden brown.
2. Remove cooked caulis and using the remaining oils, sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant. Then dump the rest of the vegetables in. Cook until long beans are cooked (I like them crunchy). Season to taste. Add the caulis back to the pan and give everything a good stir.
3. Serve with rice.
