How to make it 

Ingredients: 

  • 200g (about) tofu, grated / crumbled

  • 2 tsp of veggie curry Powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Coconut oil

  • Salt & pepper

  • 1/4 cup milk


Method: 


In a non-stick pan, temper the veggie curry and garlic powder in some coconut oil. Do this for a few seconds, then add the crumbled tofu. SauteĢ the tofu in the spiced oil, seasoning it with salt and pepper. If the mixture is too dry, add the milk and continue cooking for a min or so.
