How to make it
Nothing more comforting than a bowl full of rice and soup.
Pork ball soup made simply by sautéing chopped onions in some olive oil. Once the onions are soft, add the cubed potatoes then season with salt, pepper and sweet paprika. Potatoes should be caramelised before adding a tablespoon of flour. Sauté for 2-3 mins before adding 2 cups of water / stock. Bring it to a simmer. Season the minced pork with salt and pepper. Form into (golf ball sized) meatballs and gently add them to the simmering soup. Add more water / stock if necessary. Let it boil gently for about 10-15 mins. Season to taste.
Serve with rice.
