How to make it 

An easy dish when you have no time to chop and sauté ! 


Simmer a can of chopped tomatoes with Thai Spice mix, garlic powder, paprika, a splash of milk, grated Parmesan, frozen spinach, brown sugar, salt and pepper.


Then, pan fry some fish (I'm using Snapper fillets) marinated with the Thai Spice, salt and pepper.


Toss in some cooked Linguine.


Add fish and linguine to the simmering sauce and lunch is served!
