Try These Too!

How to make it 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups leftover cooked rice (works best with flavoured rice e.g. plain fried rice)

  • 1 cup grated Mozzarella

  • 1/2 ball of Sarawak cheese, grated (if not, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan works too)

  • 1 egg, whisked

  • 1 cup bread crumbs

  • 1 tbsp garlic salt

  • Extra breadcrumbs, to coat


Method: 

Place everything (except the extra bread crumbs) in a bowl and mix well. Form into golf-sized balls and coat with bread crumbs. Fry them in some olive oil till golden brown.
