How to make it
Ingredients:
2 cups leftover cooked rice (works best with flavoured rice e.g. plain fried rice)
1 cup grated Mozzarella
1/2 ball of Sarawak cheese, grated (if not, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan works too)
1 egg, whisked
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp garlic salt
Extra breadcrumbs, to coat
Method:
Place everything (except the extra bread crumbs) in a bowl and mix well. Form into golf-sized balls and coat with bread crumbs. Fry them in some olive oil till golden brown.
